Shipping Policy

 

 

Our Philosophy on Shipping

  • We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible;
  • To keep things simple, we offer The Best Shipping Rates Possible;USPS and UPS
  • We are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged;
  • Undercommit; overdeliver.

Our primary shipping services are USPS or UPS. We offer many different ways to ship your package. This is entirely up to you. Call us for estimated shipping times.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors: 

  1. "Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
  2. The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is either UPS Ground(commercial addresses) or USPS  (residential addresses). UPS Express Saver takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days, and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered. 

    Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Free Shipping Offers

This offer applies to "Standard Shipping" which will be UPS Ground or USPS Expedited Home Delivery (5-7 days for cross-country delivery). Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only.

 

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

 

International Shipping

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at sales@usfibersystems.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.


Return Policy


Our Philosophy on Returns

  • First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we would like to be the place you think of first when you need something.
  • If you have any problems with fiber optic equipment  purchased from us, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team by phone toll-free at 877-614-9966 or email at admin@usfibersystems.com at any time.

Warranty Information

On occasion equipment may be damaged in transit. If you notice any problems incurred in shipping, please take pictures of the box and notify your freight forwarder. If you encounter a problem with  equipment that is clearly not the result of freight damage please notify your U.S. Fiber Systems salesperson.

You may be asked to take some time on the phone with our technical support staff. In many cases a problem may be caused by operator error and the problem can be addressed over the phone. If not, U.S.Fiber Systems will provide you with an RMA number authorizing you to return the equipment to us.


Once you have received an RMA, customer is responsible for shipping the unit to U.S. Fiber Systems. You should insure the unit for its full value. After repairing the unit, U.S. Fiber.Systems will pay freight charges on returning the product.


New Fiber Optic Equipment

When you buy NEW test equipment from U.S Fiber Systems, you are supported by the manufacturer warranty. If your fiber optic equipment needs to be repaired, please send it back to the manufacturer and they will return it to you after performing the necessary maintenance or repairs. The length of warranty varies depending upon the applicable manufacturer. Should you have any questions please contact your U.S. Fiber Systems sales representative for details.
